Development / Risk Management

We are testing the physical conditions, as well as the technical feasibility and making a selection of the most suitable topologies. In addition to that, specifications are determined and discussed. Risk management is started simultaneously to the development. Calculations and simulations are realised, circuit diagrams, layouts and 3D models are created. The Development Process is subdivided into quality-relevant breakpoints.

Design Reviews

Design reviews take place at reasonable intervals. All proceedings and perceptions are discussed and recorded.

Prototyping

Development data are transferred to the production planning system and control system. New parts are getting recorded and stocklists are rendered. The prototype can be built.

Production Status

After an acquisition of a test (operating conditions from the customer), the feature is ensured and the first production status has been reached. 

Certification

Our laboratory has a CTF approval, so that type examinations of well-known testing companies, can take place in our house.

Preliminary investigations on EMC tests can also be carried out in our laboratory. In the standard EMC testing of the complete system we accompany our customers.

Since 2020 we are a UL-certified Lab.
